What to write about

• A tool that failed. Tell us the tool, your browser and version, the file format and roughly its size, and the exact wording of any message shown. A file that fails is far easier to diagnose than "it did not work".
• A factual error in an article. Point at the sentence. Corrections are made directly on the page and the updated date changed — see the editorial policy.
• A privacy question. The file security page explains the architecture; if something there is unclear or looks wrong, say so.
• A tool that is missing. Requests are read, though only jobs the browser can do on its own can be built here.

No postal address

The site is run by an individual, not from business premises, so no office address is published. Anyone claiming a physical address for this site is not connected to it.
