PDF tools
Document work sits alongside the image tools because the two jobs overlap constantly — scans become PDFs, PDF pages become images.
Migration in progress. The PDF tools are being rebuilt on the new platform and are not running here yet. Their pages are kept so existing addresses stay valid, and each one says clearly that it is unavailable rather than showing an interface that does nothing. The image tools are unaffected and work today.
