How to use it

Ranges, not guesswork
Each range you add becomes its own document, named after the source file and the pages it contains. Ranges may overlap if you need the same page in two outputs, and pages you never mention simply do not appear in any of them.
The page count is read from the document before you type anything, so an out-of-range number is refused with a message rather than producing an empty file.
When splitting beats extracting
Use the splitter when you want several documents out of one — chapters from a report, an invoice per client from a batch print. When you want a single new file containing a handful of pages, the page extractor is the shorter path.
